• Product colours and designs may vary slightly from images due to screen settings

• Mani Edit Co is not responsible for improper application, removal, or care of press-on nails

At-Home Application Acknowledgement & Liability Waiver

By purchasing and/or applying Mani Edit Co press-on nails, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. At-Home Application
   Mani Edit Co press-on nails are designed for self-application at home. You understand that you are not receiving professional nail technician services and that application is performed at your own discretion.

2. Personal Responsibility
   You accept full responsibility for:

   • Proper preparation of natural nails

   • Correct application of adhesive tabs or nail glue

   • Safe removal of press-on nails

   • Following all instructions provided

3. Allergies & Sensitivities
   You acknowledge that cosmetic adhesives and nail products may cause irritation or allergic reactions in some individuals. You agree to:

   • Review all ingredient information

   • Perform a patch test where appropriate

   • Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs

4. Pre-Existing Conditions
   Do not apply to damaged, infected, or inflamed nails or skin. You accept responsibility for ensuring your nails are suitable for application.

5. Improper Use
   Mani Edit Co is not responsible for damage caused by:

   • Incorrect application or removal

   • Excessive force or misuse

   • Use on compromised nails

   • Failure to follow instructions

6. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Mani Edit Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of this product.

7. Intended Use
   This product is for cosmetic purposes only.
