Returns & Refunds Policy

At Mani Edit Co, we want you to love your mani as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a few guidelines to keep things fair and smooth for everyone.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the customer cannot be accepted

  • Returns requested outside the 14-day window will not be approved

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, used press-on nails cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale Items

  • Sale or promotional items are not eligible for refunds

  • If approved, sale items may be returned for store credit only (excluding shipping)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@manieditco.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible  either with a replacement, refund, or store credit.
